Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items
- Ensuring guest satisfaction by checking in with them during their meal
- Handling guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Clearing tables and setting them up for the next guests
Requirements
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with restaurant POS systems (point of sale)
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
